Telemedicine / Telehealth Visits
If you are too busy to travel to our medical office for any reason, we offer the
convenience of televisit appointments. Televisits are doctor visits conducted remotely via video call.

All you need is a strong internet connection and a secure location where you can discuss medical matters with your doctor in privacy.
Immunizations
Vaccines are one of the most powerful tools of modern medicine for preventing

To better protect our community, we provide all immunizations that are included under the Centers of Disease Control’s (CDC)
recommended vaccination schedule for adults aged 19 years and older.

To help you readjust in this difficult and trying time, we will provide expert nursing and rehabilitative care through our Transitional Care Management program, to enable you in recovering a measure of independence and self-sufficiency.
